I was actually captivated by the commercial and his promise of huge rewards but what impressed me the most was his continued statements about "support", "quality customer service" and how he felt so confident that one would succeed with a small investment of only $39.95. Aroused by my curiosity, I ordered his so called "comprehensive", in depth study course that would give me everything I needed to succeed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I finally received my long anticipated, &lt;a href="http://www.mycash4notes.com/faq.php"&gt;Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business&lt;/a&gt; study course that was guaranteed to ensure my success. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well, I was extremely disappointed in the materials I received, which appeared to be nothing more than "fluff". Just more sales material with none of the actual "grit" that I needed to start succeeding in the cash flow business right away (as promised). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Over the next several weeks, I received at least a dozen phone calls from high pressure telemarketers that worked for The Dalbey Institute, trying to sell me "&lt;em&gt;one of just a few remaining positions&lt;/em&gt;" in what was referred to as the "&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;winner's circle&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;". My last excuse for ditching these guys was that I only had about $200 in my checking account, which was true at the time. At the same moment, I shut of my cell phone so I could actually do something besides try to get rid of these guys. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now, let me preface this next statement with, I said NO may times and I handn't given these people my credit card number since my initial purchase for $39.95 off the television. About 15 minutes after turning off my phone, I got a voice mail from the telemarketer who told me "the great news" that he got my credit card to process for $200 which would be enough to get me started. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was furious. Not only did I not want to order from these people but they also had the nerve to charge my card without my authorization. It appears, they keep your credit card on file, even after the order is processed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They finally refunded what they stole from my account but it literally took me more than a week of phone calls to get my money back. Yes, I can use the word "stole" because they took it without my consent. However, this is America.
